$1210-Room: $100 Referral Fee (for Referrer) & $100 Discount for First Month (for new Roommate)

$730-Room: $60 Referral Fee (for Referrer) & $60 Discount for First Month (for new Roommate)

$490-Room: $40 Referral Fee (for Referrer) & $40 Discount for First Month (for new Roommate)

Minimum of two months for referrals.
